New reviews about business services in Cedar Hills, Utah

  • Tracy and her staff are very personable and respectful of the people they come in contact with. They work hard so that all her clients are satisfied. Have heard several stories that she has helped with including an eviction that would have taken lots of time. Would recommend if you are moving out of state and is going to rent out your house as well as if you have a large portfolio.

I wasn't even able to get through an application or tour with this company before all the red flags were going off. Using Rentler to find the property, I emailed to request a person to schedule a tour with. The response sent an automated message with a link to schedule the tour. I clicked the link, which lead to many intense and out of the ordinary questions. After I answered those and scheduled the tour appointment, I received a text message requesting my personal identification information. I tried to call the number and was unable to get to a person. I emailed them again and was greeted with only an automated response. There was no way to talk to a person to make sure my personal information wasn't just being sent to a scammer. I chose not to respond to the text and planned on showing up, as I scheduled, then received another text less than 3 hours later informing me the appointment would be cancelled if I didn't send the info today. I sent a response text explaining I can easily provide the info on site but didn't feel comfortable sending it without even talking to someone. There was a quick response to that stating that my appointment was cancelled. To even VIEW a property they manage! Wow. I don't know who they are but if they want to cancel the chance at getting a property rented out without offering some way to help me to feel safe in relaying my own info (Drivers license, ssn, etc) then I, in no way, trust them with a place I want to live. This was a really weird and sketchy experience with them and I will make sure that my future interest in rental properties will not be theirs.

We just finished up our correspondance with Spectrum Realty, and Traci Worthington. Our experience with them was awful. The only good thing to come out of it, was that we surprisingly got most of our deposit back. From day one, we were not happy with them. We rented from someone who insisted on using this company, so it was never our choice to use them. Throughout our two years living there, and having to deal with this company, we received nothing but mixed messages and snide and condescending remarks. we got reprimanded for fixing our washer, when we did not use their guys to do so. Then another time, went through the proper channels to get our microwave fixed, and they reprimanded us again. This time because it was our fault and our responsibility to fix it, and not their responsibility. So NO consistency whatsoever. Things like this happened throughout the time we lived there. Then, we get kicked out by our landlords, for no fault of our own. This is of course their right to do so, but that experience was less then ideal. If you do work with them, and I would NOT recommend it, plan on not getting any help. The only thing I can say is our fault, is they did send us the proper paperwork early on, and we had missed it. But we continually asked to get a list of what was going to be deducted from our deposit, and they refused to give it, until I threatened a lawsuit. They went past the 30 day legally allotted time frame, then blamed it on us. Honestly, this is the worst company we have ever had to deal with. They do not know how to properly run their business and are difficult to work with. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.
